2 LANE SOAP BILLETING MACHINE WITH STEADY SPEEDS UPTO 170 TPM.
UMT's SBM-2 is a Linear Billeting Machine and is specially designed for glycerin/ Transparent Soaps that are formed in Schist Coolers. SBM-2 uses a combination of high-end servos working on a FLYING SHEAR mechanism to perform cuts on the Soap Bars traveling on the machine's master conveyor.

SBM-2 has two-lane conveyors to accommodate 2 Soap Bars at a time and achieve speeds of up to 170 TPM depending on the thickness of the soaps.
The machine is interlocked with the In-Line Stamper for smooth operations.
