Linear Bottle Un-Scrambler Solutions
Bottle Un-Scramblers are used to orient the Plastic Bottle in an upright manner and feed them to the In-Line operations at high speeds.
UMT's Bottle Unscramblers only require the bottles to be fed into the bulk bottle Hopper from where a series of Speed Controlled Conveyors and Pneumatically operated systems orient the bottles correctly.

These bottles are carefully handled throughout the process and are transferred scratch free for further operations at speeds up to 350BPM.
String Folding Solutions
String Folding Machines are used to fold the incoming strings from the FFM or Flowraps at high speeds.
UMT's String Folding Machines use a set of servos to specifically format the strings coming out of the master machines that are transferred and folded as per the requirements of the client.

Strings are folded without any human intervention and are then transferred for final packaging in CLDs. An additional stacking of Folded Strings is available for further efficiency and productivity.
Soap Billeting Solutions
UMT's Soap Billeting Machines are specifically designed for accurately cutting Glycerine Soap Bars at high speeds.

The pre-formed soap bars are loaded on the Machines conveyors and are cut into tablets of desired thickness using a combination of Flying Shear Mechanism and Servos.

Billeted Soap tablets are transferred to the in-line stamping machine for further processing of the soaps.
Vision Based Orientation Solutions
These machines, are capable of handling bottles ranging from 15ml to cans up to 5L. These machines are installed for re-orienting bottles to face a particular direction. With dedicated speed adjustments for all conveyors, quick changeovers, and upscaled productivity has become a must in the recent market for bottles requiring specific orientation.
